Management’s Profile

Mr. Vijay Kumar, 60 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director cum CFO of our Company. He is matric by qualification. He is having more than 30 years of experience in the coal related industry. He looks after of routine operational activities of our Company. With his multifunctional experience, he guides company in growth strategies and lighting the company in increasing its scale in leaps and bounds. He is on Board of Company since incorporation.

Mr. Chakshu Goyal, aged 30 years, is the whole-time director, promoter, and son of Mr. Vijay Kumar, promoter of our company. He is in the Bachelor of Technology program in Computer Science and Engineering. He has more than 4 years of experience in the business, and he is looking after all of the operational as well as the marketing efforts of the group. He has brought various structural changes to the company. He has greatly expanded the sales territory of the company and brought in new markets through unique marketing ideas and innovative solutions to the various operational problems. He is on Board of Company since 24^th February, 2018.

Mrs. Neelam Rani, 55 years old, is the non-executive director of the company. She is matriculation by education. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations and human resource management. She takes a keen interest in business policies and decision-making. She is on Board of Company since incorporation i.e. 3rd April, 1998.

Mr. Tilak Raj, 69 years old, is the non-executive director of our company. He is the matriculation passed by education. He has been doing business for more than 45 years and has been in the coal trade for more than 20 years. His vast social network and business acumen have served the company well. He is on Board of Company since 21st August, 2000. A philanthropist and social worker, he is also the president of Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala. He is also the head of the “customer care committee’ at Capital Local Area Bank.

Mr. Sahil Aggarwal, 36 years old, is the non-executive director of the company. He is a graduate by education. He has more than 6 years of experience in the business, and he manages the Kapurthala branch of the company. He handles the retail sales of the company in the Punjab region, which is a very important customer segment during a bearish market. He overlooks the checks and balances system in our company. He is on Board of Company since 28th August, 2015.

Mr. Bhupesh Goyal, 26 years old, is an independent director on our board. He has done Bachelor of Commerce and MBA. As a young Independent Director of our Company with new experience, becomes strength to our Company. He is on Board of Company since 10th May, 2018.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, 48 years old, is an independent director on our board. He has an MCA and an M.Phil. in mass communication. He has approximately 27 years of experience working as a professor at Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala. He is also engaged as academic head & managing affairs of Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala. He has been awarded many times for meritorious services by the managing committee of Hindu Kanya College, Kapurthala. His experience and knowledge in managing the ventures is a bonus to our Company. He is on Board since 27^th Feb, 2020.

Mr. Sumit Goswami, 26 years old, is an independent director on our board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is a person of integrity, and his skills, experience, and knowledge are an asset to our company. He is on the Board of Company since 27^th February, 2020.

Ms. Bhupinder Preet Kaur, 30 years old, is a focused accounts person with years of experience. She holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Punjab University. She is also pursuing a degree in chartered accounting. Her experience in audit; direct & indirect taxation, financing, compliances will bring value addition to the Company. She is on the Board since 01^st March, 2021.

Mrs. Nidhi Chopra, 57 years old, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is on the Board since 01^st March, 2021. Her decision making strategy and effective implementation thereof are a valuable asset for the company.
